Wilshire Corridor – The good news? Eight condos went into escrow in January, compared to ZERO for January of 2010. The bad news? None of them in the higher-end “A” buildings along the Wilshire Corridor. The condo market is back, but it’s starting on the lower end and moving up. The Remington had a unit go into escrow in February and the current pace indicates that the higher end is back on track as well. Our Penthouse in the Wilshire Thayer is in “contract” but not “escrow”, since it’s subject to court confirmation and overbid.
