The Wilshire Corridor is alive and well.  We put #1202 in the Blair House along with #1906 at The Mirabella into escrow last week and have seen our activity pickup substantially since the election.  (listed at $895,000 and $1,395,000 respectively).  Both properties, if they close escrow, will set new low “comps” for their buildings. But the activity is a more important barometer of Buyer interest, with showings up.  It may in fact be the evidence that the bottom has finally been found.
